The training lined up with their aims to provide quality Italian food and to provide employment to women prisoners from Askham Grange Prison to help prepare them for their lives outside.
 

They remained open until 4 pm on the 31st of December to allow the loyal customers to say goodbye and to serve them all one last time.

Rachel hoped to start a new business in hospitality in a new location after overcoming all the issues.
