Andrew, who runs the Star Inn at Harome and the Star Inn The City in York has overseen the menus with executive head chef Joshua Brimmell.

Joshua let the seasons write the menu with spring dishes including food such as asparagus, rhubarb, sea trout, and other seafood. Whilst summer dishes include monkfish, berries, and Bridlington and Whitby North Sea-dressed fresh crab and lobster from August 12th.
There are juice and smoothies in the breakfast range including beetroot, carrot, and apple juice, and a coconut yogurt smoothie, with contractors working around the country to supply materials and supplies for the York Minster restaurant.
